Change Linux fonts

Hi guys,

I've use Processing on Windows, but now I've got Linux (ubuntu). All good except fonts are really bad.
In properties smooth option is turned on, but anti-aliasing looks strange and blurry.
I also found a lib folder inside processing it has some Serif fonts.

- How can I make font display better?
- What is the best font / or how to use fonts that are inside lib folder?

Hi guys,
Please I will become blind in a couple of weeks with mono font.

in ~/.bashrc or ~/.bash_profile or (/etc/profile.d/jre.sh on Archlinux, where it easy to tune fonts etc)

export _JAVA_OPTIONS='-Dawt.useSystemAAFontSettings=on -Dswing.aatext=true -Dswing.defaultlaf=com.sun.java.swing.plaf.gtk.GTKLookAndFeel'

in preferences.txt

editor.laf=com.sun.java.swing.plaf.nimbus.NimbusLookAndFeel
editor.laf.linux=com.sun.java.swing.plaf.nimbus.NimbusLookAndFeel
editor.font=DialogInput,plain,16 // font just for demonstration purpose whats wrong with mono

Why not use another editor like jEdit if you feel really bad about it OK 1, and 2 just make ide look a bit more modern.

This did the trick. Fonts look normal now.

I have tried Nimbus, Windows looks, but GTK looks as it should.

Mono is fine. And I use Eclipse sometime.

Wow! Also using Linux here! It got o much better now!
