packages in eclipse

With eclipse there are different icons for packages:

i renamed the template.library but is it save to delete the one that is just named template?

And what is the meaning of the icon being a bit different from the package 'test'?

Eclipse: Help > Help Contents, type package icons in the search box, click on JDT Icons (first link), see:
