Hi.
I think I posted my original message in the wrong forum. I'm going to try this. Apologies for the double post.
I've been reading the Apple, Oracle, and Processing forums concerning Processing 2.0 on OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2).
I have both Processing 1.5.1 and Processing 2.0b6 (64-bit mode) installed on a MacBook Pro running OS X 10.8.2 with Oracle Java 7 (latest JRE). I can run existing sketches using Processing 1.5.1 just fine as I have been able to do since using OS X Snow Leopard on an older MacBook. However, when I run sketches using Processing 2.0b6, I get errors such as:
"java[53038:261b] Error loading /Library/ScriptingAdditions/Adobe Unit Types.osax/Contents/MacOS/Adobe Unit Types:..."
This is just one example. The errors sometimes change with different sketches.
So, my question is what is the correct setup for Processing 2.0 on OS X Mountain Lion?
32-bit mode? 64-bit mode? Apple Java 6? Oracle Java 7?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
