I haven't noticed any issues with 10.6.4 and I've been running it since its release, but I did have problems with Apple's latest Java update ("Java Mac OS X 10.5 Update 7 and Java for Mac OS X 10.6 Update 2").  Ben's working on a fix for the Java error in build 185 ( documented here).
