It looks like it's a jar file, so I would probably stick that into the code folder of your sketch (or just drag it into the PDE). Of course, it may not be that simple... depending on the way that the API works, you might have to switch to Eclipse and work from there, integrating your already-existing Processing app into a larger Android project.
