Odd or Even number

Can someone tell me how I would go about writing code to check whether an integer is odd or even?

That´s an easy one... ;-)
You have to use modulo (%), that calculates the remainder when one number is divided by another:

So:
int numberToCheck=floor(random(100));
if (numberToCheck%2==0) { println ("The number is "+numberToCheck+" and is even");}
else { println ("The number is "+numberToCheck+" and is odd");}
