Normal sizeable windows and menus

Are there any libraries to have a normal type window, ie sizable by dragging with mouse.

And is there a normal type dropdown "menu" library (ie File, Edit, Help etc) somewhere

My search didn't show anything

I can't say I've ever seen a classic OS system menu done before, but I'm sure it may be possible. Maybe with some library. You could always write your own menu in!

As for a resizeable window, here is a simple example:

void setup(){
size(220,220);
frame.setResizable(true);
}
void draw(){
background(0);
}
void keyPressed(){

}
