netMUSE - Networked Sonic Interaction

Hi all.
For the past 3 months I've been developing a system for collaborative, massively multi-user experimental music composition and performance, using Processing and a lot of libraries, including Beads, OscP5, ControlP5, and others.
The concept is that any number of users can build music and sound generating structures in this large, persistent space (hosted on a server), and then other users can explore and interact with the creations in real time. The interface is top-down, like that in a strategy game, and you are also given a minimap for navigation. Context menus (done via ControlP5) are used for interaction. The networked is done via OSC. I will put out a paper on it at some point with some more details, as it is fairly complicated to explain in one post, but it uses Beads for all of its sound generation.
It's far from finished, but I'm submitting a prototype for my Master's thesis that should demonstrate the concept I have in mind, but my ultimate plan for it is much greater. At the moment I'm hosting the server myself, on a tiny netbook at my house, and it's not really suitable for truly massive multi-user interaction, but it works a charm.
I thought I'd put out a quick video to demo what it looks like. The video shows me testing netMUSE while a friend of mine suddenly connects, and we have a quick jam.

Thanks all for the great community, and I hope to put this out at some point for everyone to use.
