Hi,

I'm not a user of this software, but would like to find someone that could program the following for me in return for payment.

I need the following functionality on a Win32 PC

When i press C (in any octave on my midi piano keyboard), it triggers a particular color on my computer screen (full screen). And if i press G (any octave) it triggers blue. And so on, different colors, for all 12 notes.

I would need to be able to assign and change the colors myself but i guess that's easily done in the code?!

Do you plan to connect your Keyboard to the computer? maybe using OSC ?

Or do you expect the application to recognize the note?

Yes, connected via a midi interface, so the app converts incoming midi note number to color!

Sounds quite simple, the problem is probably to get your keyboard connected.

but there are some midi libraries out there. for example:

so if you manage to use some of the examples and your keyboard to talk to your processing sketch. the coloring of the screen is the smallest problem...
