It should save them to your sketch folder. You may have a more difficult time finding it if you haven't saved you sketch already though - in this case it will probably crop up in a /temp/ folder somewhere, depending on what OS you're using. With processing open, if you hit CTRL+K you'll open the processing folder location, and you should see it right there.
