what way of movement do you have in mind?
you can already get a simple rotation by using something like
rotateX(radians(mouseX));
rotateY(radians(mouseY));

for example.

you can also use translate(0,0,mouseX); or a combination of both...

another idea would be to use a library like peasyCam that offers all of this.

if you describe the way of movement you want to achieve a bit better the answer could be clearer

The camera is able to move and when I drag the move over a cube, it moves away from the mouse.
