This project is a follow up of the previous PhotoRaster project. Instead of using lines and points I now have used shapes with fills. For all shapes I also used the background image of the Pijlerdam in Zeeland, The Netherlands.
PhotoTiles 120806_140959, 120806_141152, 120806_141325 and 120806_141457 are a tribute to the NASA Mars Science Laboratory Project. Curiosity (NASA’s Next Mars Rover) landed this morning (August 6, 2012) on the planet Mars. I used the shapes of the ‘crash test’ marker stickers, which are mounted on Curiosity, as tiles.
