I am looking for someone to help develop a program that uses the Microsoft Kinect in teacher training, specifically to enable them to practice and get feedback on behavior management techniques. I'm envisioning doing this by allowing a teacher to view  "demo" video, then try to replicate the movement and vocal direction in front of the Kinect. The goal would be for the program to then compare the demo video with the teacher's practice session, and give them feedback on the differences in body posture, gestures, tone of voice, and word choice. 

For right now, I am looking for someone who can help program a minimum viable product. I'd love for this to be a program that enables me to record video through the Kinect, and then play two videos in a side by side format. I can then use this MVP to test the user experience and start to understand what types of feedback would be most helpful to teachers.
