Lip Synchronisation for synthetic Faces

Hello every body..

I want to prepare a synthetic face and to produce exact lip synchronisation for the input ASCII Tect..

I at present understand that the face may be created in the matlab...

however this is a new field that i have started working....

Any body who has implemented this or has an idea where i should begin..

I would really be grateful..
