Launch an unexported processing sketch from within a different processing sketch?

I'm curious about the possibility using one processing sketch to edit and then launch another processing sketch. Is it possible? I looked a bit into using the command line interface that I think can run through processing with a Runtime object, but this seems only to work with an exported sketch with a .jar file.

I have a feeling that processing isn't the best method for making a program like this, but if it is possible, that would be very cool.

It is always possible, but quite hard, since you have to pre-process the sketch, then compile it, and run it.
If you have a more precise objective, perhaps you can have a different approach.
For example, it is relatively easy to run a JavaScript program from a sketch.
Or to parametrize properly a sketch.
Etc.
