Launch a programm through processing: possible ?

Hello,
Is it possible to write a sketch that would launch an exterior program ? I've looked at various libraries and was unable to find how to do it, but i'm a beginner so it's probably obvious for anyone except me ^^
(precisely, i want to write a very simple sketch that ask for a code and if the appropriate code is inserted it would launch a .exe file).
