Hi people!

I'm new using the API, I would like to use the only-javascript API, but I miss some examples, at least in the main reference. I haven't been able to found them.

I would like to know if its possible to display an image, and to get and set the value of a pixel. I suppose that it is possiblem but I don't know how.

Could anyone tell me how to do it?

And also, if there are Javascript examples of processing, could you tell me where to find them?

I'm sorry but I've had a look at the ProcessingJS site, but I still don't know how to do it in Javascript-only programming.

What are you talking about? ProcessingJS, as the name implies, is done in pure JavaScript.

Now, the disturbing thing is that the author actually made the feat of interpreting the Java syntax of Processing to run it in JavaScript, so that he could run Processing samples directly.
If you want pure JavaScript syntax, you are in the wrong forum, look for a canvas tutorial.

Phi.lho actually no. This is the right place to ask for this.
Processing.js will translate Java Processing code to JavaScript and run it as such. But it can as well be used with pure js only code as outlined here: http://processingjs.org/reference/articles/jsQuickStart#javascriptonlyprocessingcode
Currently there are no official examples in js only available. But you might look at the pjs gallery as many pieces there (see balldroppings) were written in js only style.
