Is the Serial library Thread Safe?

Hi all,

I've got another quick question I hope gets answered. Is the Serial library Thread Safe, like can I pass around one Serial object to several different threads without synchronization issues?

Probably not... Perhaps worth a try.

Alright, I'll give it a shot, any suggestions if it doesn't work out, are there any buffers that are considered thread safe that could be passed around.
