How to install OpenCV?? Please help.

Hello,

I saw the OpenCV installation instructions on this website.

http://ubaa.net/shared/processing/opencv/

I have 2.0 Beta 7 version of processing.

I even tried to search around but I am not able to find proper clear instructions on how to install the OpenCV library file downloaded from the link.

It would be really great if someone could help me out.
