Install libraries GLGraphics and GSVideo in Processing (Windows 7)

I am new in Processing.
I have found a code ( https://forum.processing.org/topic/blend-video-cam-with-background-image) and I don't run it.
Also, it shows me the Processing:
The package "codeanticode" does not exist. You might be missing a library
No library found for codeanticode.glgraphics
No library found for codeanticode.gsvideo
As of release 1.0, libraries must be installed in a folder named 'libraries' inside the 'sketchbook' folder.
I studied that I need to install two libraries GLGraphics and GSVideo.
I don't know where to install libraries.
How to install libraries in Processing (Windows 7)?
