Instaling ProTablet (issue with jpen)

Hi all,
I'm trying to install
ProTablet on a windows machine, but I can't get it to works.
P5 show this:

I copied the jpen2-3.dll in system32 but no chance.
however if I launch the jpen.jar from within the library folder I got just the pressure at 0.5...
any hint?
