Importing libusb libraries to Processing?

Hi all,

Currently, I am trying to interface my RFID reader (connected to PC as human interface device via USB) with Processing. I have been following closely to the guide as

I have successfully installed the libusb-win32 driver for the reader, but I am having difficulties in importing the .jar files. (I have put the concerned .jar files into the processing libraries i.e. C:\Documents and Settings\users\My Documents\Processing\libraries)but Processing still cannot recognize the library.

Maybe i have missed some trivial steps? Please help me out! Thank you in advance!

You shouldn't mess around w/ the Processing's own installed files!

That's the wrong place to install any extras!

A solution for it is very similar for installing extra modes.

But instead of folder /modes, libraries go to folder /libraries.

More observations:

Any 3rd-party library has its own folder. And inside that, another subfolder called /library.

That's where the .jar files should go!

It also happens that a pure Java library may not be compatible w/ Processing at all!

Assume that you have a jar file you want to make available as a library and tha file is called MyLib.jar then inside the folder structure should look like

..\My Documents\Processing\libraries\MyLib\library\MyLib.jar

Notice that the library folder name is EXACTLY the same as the jar file.

Alternatively inside your sketch folder create a sub folder called code and put the jar files in there.
