I can`t install the libraries OpentCV in Processing. Please Help.

I follow this instruction:

But still get the error:
No library found for hypermedia.video
As of release 1.0, libraries must be installed in a folder named 'libraries' inside the 'sketchbook' folder.
Please Help!!!!
