How would I make a point move on two axis using a serial port(Arduino)

I've got a 2-axis joystick that I've plugged into my Arduino. My Serial Port is 11. Don't ask me why, it just is. I was wondering if I could use two different values in the Serial Monitor for two different values in processing. I want to be able to move a point around the window by moving my joystick.
