I think you can access the values but not the live updated ones(which is what you want i guess).
Basically an HTML page don't change dynamically. I think stopthehunger udpates the information trough client side scripting (javascript). It seems to be done by this file which seems to be encrypted.

After looking further seems that anyway, this website is part of realtimestatistics project which offer access to their live data with a licensing system. Requiring being billed 25$/month. That must be the reason why they don't let you access their statistics in an elegant manner (Web API).
