how to print data just a time every second with PrintWriter ?

Hi all, i'm using processing to visualize and log datas from arduino.

It print the data many time per second.

But how can i say to processing to print just a row per second?

Use millis() to count the time, and when it reaches a value 1000 higher than the previously retained value, it is time to print.
