How to move ControlP5 objects?

Hello.

Is there a possibility to change the position of ControlP5 objects in realtime? I want to hide/show a multi-list based on a toggle object.

I'm trying to find a solution but I don't think there is. Any ideas?

you can create another instance of controlp5 holding the controllers you want to hide/show and then just use, i guess it is hide() or show() when pressing the other toggle button.

hi, you can use the setPosition function for a Controller or ControllerGroup. I have attached an example using a slider, I leave the multilist implementation to you, a multilist is of type ControllerGroup, not Controller though. Have a look at the reference which gives you an overview of available functions for each Controller/Group. sojamo.de/libraries/controlP5/reference

Many thanks for the suggestions, but does this work for Multi-Lists?

I have tried almost everything I could find, but seems that those MultiLists are unmovable...

Also if I try to change the position, visibility or hide(), it throws exceptions such as:

my mistake, that was wishful thinking in my previous post. The multilist behaves odd in regard to positioning and changing visibility, therefore I can only offer the hack below:
