Given the changes made to Processing alpha's and beta's not all library's will work with all versions, except the ones that a) don't depend on Processing-specific code b) have been updated by their authors to work under specific versions of Processing. You can check the respective internet homepages of these libraries for more information under which version of Processing they will work. For many libraries this means you'll have to use Processing 1.5.1. to be able to use them. Once Processing 2.0 final hits, it's likely more authors will update their libraries.
