How to detect if there is nothing on the screen

It is about a game, when players destroy all letters, they win!
But now I dont know how to write this code:
If (there is nothing o the screen){
}
could anyone please tell me???
I would very appreciate any advice that will achieve this result!!!

If you imagine that the letters have an invisible box surrounding them then you can see if any of the boxes are on the screen. I'm going to assume you can calculate the x, y, width, and height of a letter:

boolean nothingOnTheScreen = true;
for (int i = 0; i < numLetters; i++) {
int left = myLetter.x;
int top = myLetter.y;
int right = myLetter.x+myLetter.w;
int bottom = myLetter.y+myLetter.h;
if (left < width || top < height || right > 0 || bottom > 0) {
nothingOnTheScreen = false;
break;
}

I feel that you haven't started to code the game, otherwise it should be pretty obvious.
If you have a number of targets to destroy, you have to keep track of those remaining, in order to display them at the right place. Remember that you draw the whole scene one each frame, ie. on each call of draw(). So what you draw is the list of targets not yet destroyed, plus the player of course.
If your list is empty, ie. if you have nothing left to draw, then the game is won and ends.
