You'd need to be more specific about transform sound into code.
But I guess you meant something like loading a sound file to play it inside Processing or something?

However, you can go to:
File -> Examples...
It'll open a Java menu then.
There, look for:
Libraries -> Minim Audio.
There are some examples about audio there.
