That's actually a Jpeg image, so I think you can load it with loadImage. You probably can just put the URL of the image (as you pasted it) as argument of the function. Use the two parameters version, allowing to specify an alternate extension.

as PhiLho said, you have to add the extension loadImage(url,"jpg"); then it works...

just like this :

1. PImage img;
2. void setup() {
3.   size(600,400);
4.   img = loadImage("http://www.lightspacewater.net/Panoramas/PanoAlbum/2007/Sydney/North_Harbour_1_Manley_NSW.small","jpg");
5. image(img,0,0,width,height);
6. }

I learned something. I did not know you can offer alternate extensions with the loadImage command. Thanks cedrickiefer.

With this I can load the images directly from their online source.

Furthermore I can save images as my own extension and use this loadImage structure to offer an alternate extension.
