I would like to write code that will allow me to specify exactly the different area or click. In fact I'd like to click on the specific location of the window.

When you post in Processing Implementations, you should indicate which language you target. JS? Ruby? Python? Scala? Etc.
You can find inspiration in the Java examples coming with base Processing. Eg. the buttons example.
Oh, and please, try and find better subject lines, more descriptive of your problem / question. 90 % of this forum's messages could have nearly the same line...
