As you   say   I   misspoke .
I would like   that:   if I click   for example on a   rectangle   lying on   my window   that   displays the   digitally time.   And the   click   should   interact   if I   click   at exactly   the perfect zone   specified.

You need a rectangle on the screen and when Mouse is clicked to check whether it is inside the rectangle.
