I stumbled on an Emitter example yesterday searching from a public computer that has since wiped out it's history. ;(
I've spent an hour google'ing, and still no luck.
The sketch shot out little balls (maybe 5x5 or 10x10) from wherever you clicked, all of which shrank and became stars (dots) against a black sky background. If you held down the shift key some text popped up to say how many particles had been created so far. There were some global variables at the top controlling the maximum number of particles (after which it just stopped generating them), and maybe the source and distance of the emitting.
I really liked a couple of the features, which I haven't found in other emitter samples. I found it google'ing processing samples in general (not emitters).
Ring any bells for anyone?
Thanks-
