yes I have seen this in the manual, but I need a structure command.

For your requirements millis() might not give you accurate enough timing; and of course you have to take into account that draw() only updates each frame...  meaning you'd need to be running at a consistent framerate of 1000fps to get accurate timing and to count each step from 0 to 200; and that's unlikely to happen (depending on the hardware you're running on and what else your code is doing).

Did you search this and the old forum on this topic?  It's a question that gets asked from time to time and I remember some good responses being given involving a Java based approach to timing, executed in a separate thread...

I have spent a lot of time in the old forum looking for a solution for this, but I haven't found anything useful.

Maybe there is another solution for my needs.. (the sketch is running at 60fps)
