Ok, So I am trying to get this project (see link above) to work. I am not controlling a mounted webcam however, I intend to use this project to control the eyes of my android.

  

I have successfully applied the OpenCV library and example to processing, and can track faces just fine. On the arduino board, RX and TX are flashing indicating the data is being received by the arduino, but the servos dont respond.

I just cant seem to figure out why!
