Does anyone have an example they can share of a 3D bezier (or Catmull-Rom etc.) spline being drawn using a GLmodel LINES context?

I have a bezier algorithm on paper, but translating it into something that can be rendered in GLGraphics is twisting my maths muscle a bit to far. I suspect it may be a similar case to
this, and perhaps more suited to the next generation OPENGL renderer.
