I also have noticed a few germans in the forum. I myself am originally from Switzerland, but currently living in Germany. Your question has occasionally been a topic here already and there are certainly arguments for and against this.

IMHO, separating non-english speakers into distinct forums would devalue the overall utility of every forum. Having to go into several forums to find an answer would be rather ineffective. And without trying to be arrogant, I think most of us have a basic enough understanding of the english language, to be able to formulate a question. Even more so, I have never ever seen a question left unanswered, just because it was not written in perfect english.
