The first thing that I noticed was... that the help menu text was editable!

with respect to the instructions, i fixed that and after ~18 hours max from now it will be uploaded (I can't upload, but contacted the admin of the site).
the flicker thing, strong perception :)  , that was the best i could because the player has many positions, covering all in the animation, i decided to sacrifice this little thing for giving the player much better control . (positions : prone, pointing up, up to the side , down...and all that while jumping )

the   help menu text is editable, if some one wants to copy the text, or troll someone by changing the credits to his name,
but the credits & help are hard coded, so any change is temporary, once you open help again the coded text will appear .
