Hello,guys..

So I am a fresh man using Processing. I am now playing with Processing on eclipse and I import the library of Processing and 'WordCram' (Another library writing for Processing). And it's working fine, I can get the jave applet window and I can see the resul that t I want like the picture below shows. I am just wondering how I can get to save the picture of this applet window? In simple words, I want to save the results (the pictures of the words). How can I implement it in eclipse?

You can do the same thing that you would do in the PDE... from code, the save() function, or with a Windows tool, try "Snipping Tool" located in the Accessories folder of the Start menu.

Thank you for your help. Actually, I want to save like the first way you said in eclipse. I want save it as a picture file, then I will send this picture to the client cause I will do it on a web server.

So here I modify it like:

public class Myprocess extends PApplet {

Here is the part that I can get display the picture.

public void save()

{

this.save('something.jpg"'); // I am not sure here, How can I use this save here If I want to save it into some src.

}

You are supposed to call save() after having drawn your image. No need to make your own save() function.

Sorry I am beginner for this thing. In code I don't know really how to write this ..

Ok, this is easy. You dont have to create a function for every thing you do. (Imagine, an app like microsoft word would have millions of functions). You can group them together, like this.

public class Myprocess extends PApplet {
// Display Image
// Save Screen
}

Done!

Showing your code in a textual way would ease discussing it...
But basically, your program can be grouped in setup() (no need to loop on draw(); alternatively, use noLoop()), and at the end, just after p.drawAll(), you can just add save("path");
