I'm planning to buy an Express Card 34 to have firewire ports.
I guess it could be faster to process image from a firewire camera instead of any USB,
does anyone can confirm me that images from firewire affect image processing less than images from USB ?

I red somewhere that the matter is the compression of data coming from the video unit... is it true?
