Freelancer for a Processing Project

I am interested in hiring a freelancer to work with me on animating financial data using Processing.
The project would include taking financial data (provided in microsoft excel) and making it "dance" using processing. Essentially animating the data throughout market time in an elegant and informative fashion.
I would be most interested in someone who has a design and information graphics background. The "animatics" would be done on a project by project basis and if executed to satisfaction could develop into an ongoing freelance relationship.
What is the best avenues for finding a qualified professional for the project. If you are a freelancer who is interested in submitting a bid please include your hourly or day rate.
