files are dissapearing - eclipse

When i copy and paste my project within eclipse, certain files that i have in my bin folder dissapear.
Also wen i paste a project within finder and import it in eclipse it delete certain files.
And with deleting i mean delete them from the hard disk.
This is really a anoying problem, does someone know how to fix this?
