Is possible create a fighting game or a 2d fighting game engine like M.U.G.E.N. made by elecbyte or Paintown engine or Fighter Maker 2nd to create low resolution games like The King of Fighters, Street Fighter, Marvel vs Capcom 1 with Low CPU and GPU requirements like mugen 1.0 ?
