are you kidding  , i know programming and math, but i ask about any tips to implement it.

Yes, I am kidding, but amnon.owed is more direct: we don't know your level in these fields, and your question is too generic, it can range from "do this for me" to... something else that is quite fuzzy (tips on what, exactly?).
Good advice to see these libraries, they probably did something similar to what you need.
