PS.: This is in General Discussions because that's a vague question, about a generic method, without code to examine / improve / help upon. Programming Questions are for more specific questions about specific issues.

I see you deleted a number of your own threads. It is OK, as long as nobody answered (I cannot check that, alas). Otherwise, don't do this, it can be rude for people having answered.
Note: I can restore threads if you want (or if one of the people having replied wants).
