Exporting to stand-along .jar

This is my first post here, so hello to all of you!
Anyway, lately I've been working in Processing and teaching myself things here and there for fun and possible future use. In the end, I've been able to make this very nice "Hello_World" project, and I'd like to show a friend of mine (who lives across an entire ocean) my project. The only problem is that the stand-alone application I keep on getting through Processing's export option doesn't seem to open at all either on my MacBook Air, or on my family PC...
(I've doubled checked that I'm running the right ones, or at least the right ones as labeled by Processing)
And now onto the specifics. I'm running Processing v.2.0 on Mac OSX Mountain Lion. My project is currently composed of 4 different .pde files in the same sketch, and it involves the gifAnimation library.
I remember hearing somewhere on the wiki something about having to edit the files and having to put in my own main, but I'm slightly confused by that, especially the where part of it, and even if I have to do it. The one time I had tried it to see what happened, (back when I had only 1 .pde file), things didn't change. Also, I've made sure that the gifAnimation library is in the final product, and it appears to be so.
Any help on this issue would be appreciated.
Also, if you'd like to see project, I can always give it. Just ask.
With regards,
ErnieParke
