Exporting the outcome of a sketch as a PDF cuts the image

I tried exporting the outcome of my sketch size(1000,700) as a pdf file and saving it as a png file.. When saved as a png - the image corresponds to the outcome of the sketch; however, when exported as a pdf, the down side of the image is missing; also Get Info (properties) pdf file - Dimensions is (the same as the ones of the sketch) 1000x700..only the image looks like as if it had been brought down

Hope someone has an idea of what causes this problem and how I could possibly fix it

Try out the examples that come with Processing under: Examples \ Libraries \ PDF Export

Also check out the PDF library reference.

See if these examples export all right. If they do, there is something wrong with your code.

Either build upon an existing (working) example or compare your code with the correct code to determine the problem.
