Hi, I made on Mac a program, now trying to running on Windows, but this error appears in windows:

we have increased the memory here from 500 MB to 1.2 GB, but the same error appears.
how could I set the correct size of the Java heap space?

Are you changing the value from File > Preferences (before exporting)?

in file, preferences, I have set the value of increase maximum available memory to 1000mb.

I have read in other post that one has to create a java_args.txt file in the data directory and also I have set it with the values -Xms528m -Xmx1000m , but the error continues.

I am using XP, and in the system monitor java always uses like 150mb (before adding the 1GB memory ram) and the same amount after adding the memory.

whe same outof memoryerror appears if I try ti run it in standard mode or in javascript mode.

How could I correct those java heap space error?

The error happens when Processing compiles your sketch. Is it very big?
Increasing the memory in the Preferences won't be useful here, you have to run the PDE with more memory (not sure how...).

yes,

the program has more than 64 sketches running. a lot of work done

, but it does not run on windows...

on mac it runs correctly, but when I try to run it on windows xp -standard or javascript- it does not run.

as the user has windows , we are tyrying to run it via windows appliation, or exporting to javascript...but it seems that all that we did will not be useful if we cant run it on a windows machine...

what is seems rare is that in task manager even when we added 1 gb to the computer, the memory used in java does not exceed the 150 mb.

so maybe is something to configure to set processing and java ready to use all the memory.

is there any way to tell processing to enable more space for the java heap space?
