draw 3d shapes by drag mouse and control its behaviour

hi there :)

I would ask three question and I am thankful if u help me :

1- how I can add 3d floor an rotate it as a background for processing ?? (such as gird that exist in 3d max )

2- how I can draw sphere , cylinder ,cone or any 3d shapes by drag mouse ??

3- how I can control behavior of any shapes individually such as translate or scale or zoom them ??
